I’ve spent over a decade working in medical sciences, studying in Lithuania, Sweden and the USA. With a Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and certification in DNA analysis from Nordic Laboratories, my approach is built on advanced diagnostics and a deep understanding of the body’s natural intelligence.
INTOTO is the result of years spent connecting patterns across systems, symptoms and science. I continue to grow through international health conferences, always refining the way I support others.

About Fighting My Body
For years, I felt like my body was working against me. My skin broke out, I was always tired, and focusing was a constant struggle. It seemed like my health was out of sync, and despite seeing dermatologists, naturopaths, gynaecologists, and general practitioners, I couldn’t find answers.
I tried every diet trend, bought countless products, and pushed myself through intense workouts like CrossFit and kickboxing, even trying Wim Hof’s ice baths and fasting for seven days. But nothing worked.
